Carlos brings nearly two decades of unparalleled expertise from the heart of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to our clients. As a seasoned Consumer Safety Officer, Inspector, and Auditor across key FDA divisions, he meticulously navigated regulatory affairs for all imported products, from foods and dietary supplements to pharmaceuticals. His extensive career includes serving as Lead Southeast Import Division Liaison and a Compliance Officer at CFSAN, conducting critical GMP, HACCP, PCQI, and FSVP audits as a Qualified Individual (QI) for manufacturers globally.
A proud U.S. Armed Forces veteran, Carlos holds an MBA, a Bachelor’s in Science, and numerous industry-leading certifications, including PCQI and a RAPS Regulatory Affairs Certificate. Since leaving the FDA, he has leveraged his deep knowledge to consult for businesses, specializing in import assistance, audit preparedness, label reviews, and crafting robust regulatory procedures. With decades of experience in building sophisticated technology solutions and over a decade as a seasoned project manager, Jeffrey is adept at streamlining complex operations and driving efficiency. His strategic vision and hands-on approach ensure that our internal systems and client-facing platforms are robust, user-friendly, and designed for optimal performance.
